Applications for dog licenses are available at the Washington Township Hall and must be mailed or taken to the Animal Shelter. Be sure to include your dog's valid rabies certificate, proof of spay/neuter if not on the certificate, check or money order, and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Make checks payable to Macomb County Health Department. Residents now have until April 30th each year to obtain the license without a penalty. Current fees are:

	Male or female $12.00
	Unsexed $6.00
	Delinquent, on or after May 1st $24.00
