CALL THE TOWNSHIP OFFICE, (586) 786-0010, PRIOR TO ATTENDING MEETINGS OF
ANY BOARD IN CASE OF CHANGE OR CANCELLATION.
If Special Meetings are called, they
are generally held on the alternate Wednesdays (2nd, 4th,
or 5th) of the regular meetings and are posted on the
Township Hall bulletin board and published in the Romeo Observer when
time allows.
Copies of the proposed minutes of all meetings
of the Township Board will be available for public inspection within
eight days after the meeting. Copies
of approved minutes will be available five days after board approval.
