For your convenience, Washington Township is now accepting online permit payments by DEBIT/CREDIT CARD ONLY.

The permit number is required to pay online. Please double-check the permit number before processing payment. The township is not responsible for payment on the wrong permit.

There is a non-refundable third-party processing fee of 2.95%, with a $1.95 minimum. The township does not retain any portion of this fee. One permit per transaction. Per transaction limit of $50,000.

IN-PERSON

In-person payments by debit/credit card, check or cash are accepted. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with the exception of holidays.

A copy of your invoice is required to ensure your payment is properly applied.

ALL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ONLY AS CONDITIONAL PAYMENT UNTIL CLEARED THROUGH YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. A $35 fee will be charged for ALL returned items.  Returned items can occur due to insufficient funds or a variety of other reasons not caused by the township.
