How to Access your Water/Sewer Account online

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?


Washington Township is pleased to offer online access to your water/sewer account so you can view and pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days each week. With this service you can:

  • View your current balance,
  • Current and past charges,
  • Billed consumption history, and
  • Pay your bill with your bank account or any major credit / debit card
This page contains information on how to:

NOTE: There is a nonrefundable 3rd party processing fee to pay by credit/debit card. The Township does not retain any portion of this fee. 

 ACCESS YOUR WATER/SEWER ACCOUNT ONLINE

UnRegisteredUser If you are a first time user or you have not previously registered the account,
you will need your Account number and
your Account PIN 
from the top right side of your bill.
RegisteredUserLogin If you have previously registered the account,
you will login using the email address and password you previously created.

 

TO REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
After you have Registered your account, you can

  • Login using your email address and a password that you create
  • Make a one-time payment
  • Schedule a future payment
  • Save a payment method
  • Enroll in AutoPay
  • Enroll in Pay By Text


Once you have your account number and PIN, go to www.WashingtonTownship.org/PAY

Select Water/Sewer Bill, then click on the "UNREGISTERED USERS" icon

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and enter your account number.

Then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and enter your PIN to access your water/sewer account information.

Then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on "I WANT TO REGISTER THIS ACCOUNT"

The next time you want to login to your account, you will login using the ALREADY REGISTERED WITH OUR SYSTEM icon. You will use your email address and the password you created instead of your account number and PIN. 




TO MAKE AN ONLINE PAYMENT WITHOUT REGISTERING

Once you have your account number and PIN, go to www.WashingtonTownship.org/PAY

Select Water/Sewer Bill, then click on the "UNREGISTERED USERS" icon

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and enter your account number.

HOW TO ENROLL IN AUTOPAY

Setting up AutoPay is a two-step process. To finalize your enrollment in AutoPay, you must click on the link emailed to you after entering your information online.

AutoPay will automatically pay water/sewer invoices on 4 days before the Due Date using your default payment method. 

AutoPay will send you an email payment confirmation. Payments post to your account on the following business day.

If you are enrolled in AutoPay at the time the water/sewer bill is prepared, your water/sewer bill will state that you are enrolled in AutoPay.

  • There is NO SERVICE FEE FOR EFT/CHECK PAYMENTS.
  • For credit/debit card payments there is a non-refundable 3rd party processing fee for this service. The Township does not retain any portion of this fee.
  • NOTE: AutoPay payments are limited to the following amounts $550 for credit/debit cards and $125,000 for EFT/check.

BEGIN BY ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
To enroll in AutoPay, begin by "Registering" your account (see above).
If you have already Registered your account, then begin by logging into your account.


SAVE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD
You will need to add a new Payment Method before signing up for AutoPay. 

From the header, expand the My Profile menu, and select Payment Methods

Select to Add New Bank or Add New Credit/Debit Card
       Pay using "BANK"
              - NO SERVICE FEE for EFT/check payments.
              - Per transaction limit for online payments is $125,000 for EFT/check.
      Pay using "Credit/Debit Card"
              - For credit/debit card payments there is a non-refundable 3rd party processing fee for this service. The Township does not retain any portion of this fee. 
              - Per transaction limit for online payments is $550 for credit/debit cards.

From the header, expand the My Profile menu, and select AutoPay
Select "New AutoPay Setup" or "You may set up AutoPay by clicking here"
 

Reminder: AutoPay is a two-step process. To finalize your enrollment in AutoPay, you must click on the link emailed to you after entering your information online.





HOW TO UPDATE A SAVED PAYMENT METHOD

Change, update and edit your saved payment method 

After logging into your online account there is a short video tutorial or you can follow the steps below. 

 
There is a video under the Support section.
From the header, expand the Support menu, then expand the menu for Help- User Videos and select How to update you AutoPayment Method.

Or you can follow these steps:
From the header, expand the My Profile menu, and select Payment Methods
From the Saved Payment Methods page there are options to Add NewEdit existing, and Delete existing.
