Use is billed as increments of 100 cubic feet.

        Water  Use rate is  $3.52 per 100 cubic feet.

         Sewer Use  rate  is  $4.71 per 100 cubic feet.
Rates effective since October 1, 2019. 
1 cubic foot = 7.48 US gallons
100 cubic feet = 748 gallons

BILLING ITEMS

Water use
Metered accounts are billed based on the actual water usage measured by the water meter.  Usage is billed as increments of 100 cubic feet.
                        100 cf = 748 gallons                         

Water service charge
Every account is billed Service Charges. Services Charges recover a portion of the total cost for system operation and maintenance. Per Ordinance,  Service Charges do not fluctuate with changes in use or occupancy.

Sewer use
Sewer flat, which are accounts with sewer service only, no public water, are charged a rate that does not fluctuate with changes in use or occupancy, per Ordinance.

Where public water is also provided, the sewer use is billed equal to the metered water use.
