Zoning Ord Amendment No. 138-EE

At the August 7, 2019  board meeting the Board of Trustees adopted an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 138 , to provide additional definitions for types of open air structures; provide additional square footage for attached garages; provide regulations for location of open air structures within required setbacks and repeal any and all Ordinances and/or Resolutions in conflict therewith.
